Welcome to Nitch. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nitch.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
You own the content you create — logs, photos, comments, and profile information. By posting it, you grant Nitch a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the app so the service can function. You're responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report content or block a user from within the app, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Nitch lets hosts offer real-world experiences and users buy tickets to them. Payments are processed by Stripe. Hosts are responsible for delivering the experiences they list; buyers are responsible for the tickets they purchase. Nitch charges a platform fee on paid tickets, disclosed at the time of the transaction.
Refunds and cancellations. If a host cancels an experience, every ticket holder is automatically refunded in full. Outside of a host-cancelled event, refunds are issued at the discretion of the host or Nitch — contact the host directly or email support@nitch.site to request one. We don't guarantee a refund will be granted. If you open a dispute with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved.
Hosts are independent. Hosts are independent individuals, not Nitch employees, agents, or partners. Nitch is not a party to the agreement between a host and an attendee beyond facilitating payment, and is not responsible for the safety, legality, quality, or delivery of any experience. Hosts are solely responsible for any permits, licenses, or insurance their experience requires, and for complying with applicable law. Attendees voluntarily assume the risks of attending an in-person experience arranged through Nitch.
Taxes. Hosts are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes owed on their earnings. Stripe, as our payment processor, may issue you a Form 1099-K or equivalent tax document if your earnings meet IRS (or applicable local) reporting thresholds. Nitch does not provide tax advice — consult a tax professional with questions about your obligations.
Nitch, its logo, and the Nitch app (excluding your own content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
We respect copyright and respond to clear notices of infringement. If you believe content on Nitch infringes your copyright, email support@nitch.site with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) where the infringing material appears in the app, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. We'll remove or disable access to infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Nitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of place information, suggestions, or content posted by other users, and we are not responsible for in-person experiences arranged through the app. Use good judgment and personal safety when meeting others or attending experiences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
